Dbqueue is not processing

Hello experts,

(Ver. 7.1.2)

I come to you with a technical issue that we are experiencing and that is blocking all the processing in one of our environments.

 

We currently have the DBqueue that seems like it is not processing anything at all. We have tried the emergency stop button and reactivation but nothing. We are able to see one of the operations with the “Is rest” column filled with a “Yes”. The job queue shows 0 jobs.

 

One of our guesses is that we could have had a couple of frozen processes that we manually deleted, this should have reactivated the processing but somehow didn’t. Is there a way to manually (query directly into db) to erase the frozen jobs?

Any ideas on how to reactivate the processing of the dbQueue?
