unable to login to Password Reset Portal using "Active Directory" authentication module

Did you check if the prerequisites for the authentication module are met for the user you are trying to log in as?

Check the IsInActive and IsTemporaryDeactivated flags on the Person object.

Is the employee shown as being "locked out" in Manager?

Pre requisites have been met and account is not active or locked. When I select module "Active Directory user account", I am getting error "The authentication module ADSAccount is not available or not activated" 

First, using an AD based SSO module for a password reset portal, that allows you to reset your password even if you cannot remember your current AD credentials is far from being optimal. Secondly, if an authentication module is not enabled you just need to enable it. Follow the documentation to do that.

Authentication module is already activated. Now I have tried logging on to server using AD creds and then accessing the Password Reset Portal from there. I m getting error "An error occurred while processing your request. Check the application log files or contact the system administrator for this website."
