How to assign a Group to one of my accounts in ITShop

Hello,

I have multiple account in the same Target System and I want to request some Service Item in ITShop for only one account.

I just created a custom field in PersonWantOrg and ShoppingChartItem tables, that is a foreign key to the UNS_AccountB table.

Then I assigned that custom field to a Request Properties (with a filter to my accounts) that is associated to a Service Item.

Now, when I add that Service Item to my Shopping Chart in ITShop, I can select which account have to be associated with my request.

How can I assign the Group (associated with the Service Item) with my chosen account?

  • Hi Barry,

    if I understand well, Category is for associate an Account with some Groups/Service Items.

    In my scenario every account can be associated with every Groups and the user can chose the Groups and the Account.

    Do you know the script that write on UNSAccountBInUNSGroupB from PersonWantsOrg? I think I have to modify it...
