Active assignment request

We are facing the same issue 8.0.2 IT shop assignment is not working as expected basically it show for the requester that the product he requested is assigned   (E.x business roles/ other entitlement) user try to use requested product since approvals got granted and it show as assigned in ITshop 

however in manager the requested product is not assigned yet and all users who face this issue will have an overview box called 'Active assignment request'

  • The state "Assigned" in the request does not mean that the provisioning of the resulting membership took place.

    To find the reasons for the errors I would check if the potential assignment has arrived on OneIM itself.

    If so, check the JobQueue or the JobHistory for failed jobs. You should be able to use the GenProcID of the request to filter the results.

    Third, you could take a look at the synchronization journals, if you have turned them on in your synchronization project, to check for errors.
