If an approver in the approval group gets an request for approval (with link to the work item) he/she will not see the approval request (task) when another approver has already approved this item.
A message like “it has been already approved / denied by…” is missing.
In my opinion, this should be a standard functionality. What do you mean, or is it already on the agenda?
Are there any alternatives to handle this?
