How to create a self approved request for an entilment alredy owned by an emplyee so they can request a cancellation for these entitlment?

Hi everyone,

I'm using One Identity Manager 8.1.3 

Does anyone know if it is possible to turn an entitlement owned by an employee as a requested on ITSHOP one?
For example, I have a lot of SAP Users with directly assigned SAP Roles and I want emplyees to be able to remove (unsubscribe) these roles from ITShop (with a cancellation workflow included). I know that they cannot remove them from WebPortal if they haven't requested them before.
I want to know if it is possible to create approved requests for these roles. These roles are already assigned to a Service Items on ITShop and have a workflow.


If it is possible, what appens if an emplyee has a role, assigned both as direct and as requested, and he tries to unsubscribe on ITShop? Will the role be removed from SAPUserInSAPRole and delete from target?
