Installing 9.3 Error with "QBM CheckForAgentStartDetect (detect if agent is Running)' failed."

Hello Everyone,

While trying to install One Identity Schema (v9.3), we encountered the error: 'QBM CheckForAgentStartDetect (detect if agent is running) failed.'

Does anyone have any idea about the cause of this issue? What should we check?

    Can you please provide more information about what you have done exactly, at which point, and where the error occurs and can you please share the complete error message? Thank you.

    Hello Markus,

    We want to install the OneIM database. We were able to pass the process step generation, but while installing the schema in the Configuration Wizard, we encountered the following error:

    Errors occurred
    Processing step 'QBM CheckForAgentStartDetect (detect if agent is running)' failed.
    at ConfigWizard.Pages.PageMigration.MigrationAsync(CancellationToken ct)
    at Quantum.Migrator.Migrator.RunInstallation()
    at Quantum.Migrator.Migrator.RunInstallation(Boolean bUpdate)

    2 - Wait command failed.
    at Quantum.Migrator.Base.ExtensionMethods.ExecuteWithLogging(IMigrationStep step, MigrationContext context)
    at Quantum.Migrator.Base.ExtensionMethods.ExecuteWithLogging(IList<1> Commands, MigrationContext context)

    The operation has timed out.
    at Quantum.Migrator.Base.ExtensionMethods.ExecuteWithLogging(IList<1> Commands, MigrationContext context)
    at Quantum.Migrator.Base.CommandBase.Execute(MigrationContext context)
    at Quantum.Migrator.WaitCommand.OnExecute(MigrationContext context).

    I don't have a more detailed log of the error, unfortunately. Thank you.
