Safeguard returns "the server returned an unrecognized error" when creating new entitlements, asset groups or partitions

Hi Safeguard Experts,

I am getting the error message "the server returned an unrecognized error" when typing a Name when creating new entitlements, asset groups or partitions in the production. Strange thing is I can create accounts, assets, users, or user groups with any name, but just not working on entitlements, asset groups and partitions. We are using SPP 6.11 currently and it was working fine some time ago and it is working perfectly in our testing environment. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi Ronald,

How many characters are used in the Name?

If the issue is not related to the length of the name itself (for example trying with a shorter name also causes the issue) then there could possibly be a timeout issue in UI but in order to confirm this issue further, please open a service request with support and upload a support bundle as well as the Safeguard Desktop Client logs after reproducing the error.
