One disk is broken, but is the SafeGuard product hot-swappable?
For example, I want to know how long it takes to replace a disk. Also, I would like to know if there is a work procedure. Please advice.

Hi Jaeil,
For SPP, you would have to RMA the whole appliance in case of a disk failure, we do not support replacing disks on SPP because it is a hardened appliance.
Please open a service request and provide a support bundle from the appliance with the issue to investigate if this requires an RMA.
Only SPS, allows disk replacements and so for SPS the disks are hot-swappable.
