Yes correct, you will need to upgrade SPS using +3 versions at a time:
SPS 6.0.1 > 6.0.4 > 6.0.7 > 6.0.10 > 6.0.13 > 7.0 LTS > Request & Add new v7 License for SPS (.dlv extension file) > then you can further upgrade to latest LTS release (7.0.2) or to latest Feature release (7.2)

These versions are no longer supported as per product lifecycle page below:

and therefore are not available for download from our support portal, you may raise a support service request for assistance if you are trying to upgrade to a supported version.
T-Series hardware appliances are also EOL and would not upgrade further to 7.0 LTS or above, if you are using T-Series hardware then we recommend to migrate to the supported hardware models such as 3500 or 4000 as listed here:
