How to get the disabled Mailbox object from "DialogueDifferedOperation" table to Actual EXOMailbox table

i have scenario like when an mailbox object expires then it will be moved to "DialogueDiferredOperation" table for deleting it ( after 60 days it will be deleted as per the waiting period) from "EXOmailbox" table.But i have a disabled mailbox in "DialogueDiferredOperation" .i need to make it enable.How can do that.

when i check the object in "EXOmailbox" and on mouse right click i could see a button called "Recall " .if i click this button,will the disabled mailbox be enabled again ?.Please help me get through it.

Please tell me importance of "Recall" button.

Check the database actions for the delete operation in Table 1: Lifecycle of an Object.

So the short answer is, yes the mailbox should be enabled again as it seems that it was disabled due to a delete operation.
