I have One Identity Manager v 8.1.2, as you know, by default, when you perform a new request into the IT Shop, the search field performs a search on the names of the service items. Is it possible to change the search criteria? I mean, could you do a search on the service item description field?
I have tried to search for it in the web designer but I can't find anything.

You need to add the column Accproduct.Description to the full-text index as described in the documentation Configuring columns for full-text search
