How to offboard SAP system or client

Hello everyone,

an SAP system is about to be decommissioned in my environment and I was asked to offboard the system and clients from One Identity.

I wasn't able to find a guide on which objects need to be deleted in which order to achieve this goal.

Do you know of a guide or SQL procedure available to offboard / delete sap systems and clients from One Identity 9.0?

Hi Ryu,

You can use the QBM_PDeleteDeep prozedure. Please note that the triggers are deactivated through the procedure and the database goes to the maintenance mode. Please use this procedure therefore only in a maintanence window.

An example call would be
exec QBM_PDeleteDeep '<Key><T>SAPSystem</T><P>UID_OF_THE_SAPSYSTEM</P></Key>'
