I know that when an employee is no longer a member of the IT Shop, all his requests are aborted (Orderstate = Aborted).
The status "Aborted" is not understandable by the end user, so we implement a process that unsubscribe all the requests as soon as an employee is deactivated (person.isinactive = 1), therefore the requests have the status "Unsubscribe", the desired status.
Except that the requests are still aborted after the unsubscription because the employee leave the IT Shop.
Request status workflow : Assigned => Unsubscribe => Aborted
Is there a way to avoid the abort method when the employee leave the IT Shop ?
