Hello,
I would like to know how we can have an url for a product in the IT Shop, so that when employees click on the link ( in an email or from another webpage like Jira) it takes the employee to the product page in the IT Shop directly so that they can simply add the product to the cart and complete the submission.
A step by step instruction would be really helpful.
We are currently on V8.2 using standard web Designer IT Shop.
