President & General Manager
Bhagwat is president and general manager of Quest’s One Identity business unit and joined the company in November 2020. He is responsible for driving the overall strategy, product innovation, GTM and the P&L for One Identity. Bhagwat is a seasoned strategic leader and brings a deep understanding of the enterprise security landscape, technology ecosystem, SaaS and cloud-driven business models. He is a sought-out expert and public speaker on Cybersecurity and implementing Identity Centric Security model in the cloud age.
Bhagwat lives in the Bay Area, where he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and the occasional thrill of skydiving, whitewater rafting, or snorkeling. Rima Pawar, vice president of Product Management, recently joined One Identity from MobileIron (acquired by Ivanti) where she drove product direction, with a focus on security and identity/Zero Trust. She grew recurring revenue by more than 30 percent and landed the product in Forrester’s 2020 Leaders’ quadrant for Zero Trust Platform. Prior to that, she led product management at Oracle, launching the SaaS Identity platform for Oracle Cloud.
Rima brings decades of experience in enterprise cybersecurity and building SaaS offerings. She is a sought-after security evangelist, regularly contributing bylines and commentary to security publications, and presents at events around the world.
She earned a B.E. Computers at the University of Pune, India; a masters from University of Florida, Gainesville; and an MBA from The Wharton School, Pennsylvania. Rima lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities and participates in marathons, biking, rollerblading, hiking and skiing as often as possible.
Joe Garber joined One Identity in March 2021 to lead the marketing function. He brings more than 20 years of experience in security, privacy and governance software marketing, having held leadership roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP Software, Micro Focus, IBM, and a variety of venture-backed startups.
In his role, Joe is accountable for all aspects of marketing, including strategy and planning, branding, communications, content development, awareness, demand generation, digital marketing, events, and enablement.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pepperdine University and a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from Cornell University where he was awarded the “Park Leadership Fellow” scholarship for demonstrated leadership and academic excellence.
Matt Peterson is One Identity’s CTO and a distinguished engineer. He is responsible for driving technical innovation across our portfolio and oversees One Identity’s product architecture. Matt joined Quest/One Identity in 2005 and has championed standards-based solutions that feature broad interoperability. Prior to One Identity, Matt held positions of increasing responsibility at Vintela (CTO and founder), SCO and Novell.
Doug Wright is Vice President of Software Engineering at One Identity, providing leadership and strategic vision for a globally distributed engineering organization. Doug believes that technically strong, creative, tenacious teams, combined with solid, transparent, and repeatable methodologies are the keys to great software.
Teri Robb serves as vice president of North America Sales at One Identity, a Quest Software Company. Robb brings more than 20 years of high-tech sales and progressive leadership experience to One Identity. She was voted into the Top 100 Sales Executives in North America.
Before joining One Identity, she was with Check Point Software for 11 years with her last role as VP of West U.S. Sales for Check Point Software. She also held Regional Director positions at CompuServe Network Services and iPass.
Robb holds a B.A. in Business, Information Management from the University of North Dakota.

Ian Sutherland is vice president and general manager Sales, EMEA. Ian leads the direct, channel and technical sales teams throughout the region and is focused on customer and partner acquisition, retention and satisfaction.
During his 30-year career in the IT industry, Ian’s roles have spanned technical, consulting and commercial aspects. Based in the UK, Ian is also the author of a bestselling series of technically accurate, contemporary cybercrime thriller novels.
Larry Chinski is Global Vice President of Strategy One Identity. He is responsible for mapping trends in cybersecurity to One Identity’s solution platform as it relates to Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Account Management, User Entitlement Management, and Web Access Management. This ensures One Identity’s solutions are meeting our current customers’ needs and are keeping pace with the current threat landscape. He is also responsible for the field execution of One Identity’s extensive SaaS platform. Larry has been in the IT industry for over 25 years, with a specific focus on IAM the last 15 years. He has worked with the largest customers in the world, and has helped to design and implement multiple solutions across a wide variety of industry verticals. Larry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from DePaul University as well as several industry certifications.
Andrew Clarke, a security industry veteran, serves as One Identity’s Global head of channel & strategic alliances, and oversees a portfolio of security solutions, including Identity Manager and Safeguard.
Andrew is responsible for driving growth of the global channel sales and marketing activities, as well as ensuring that customers can leverage One Identity’s expert services so that they can optimize the performance of their solutions and maximize the value of their investment. Previously, Andrew served as vice president and managing director of EMEA at e-DMZ Security, which was acquired by Quest Software.
Jamie Coleman is Senior Director for Technical Support for One Identity and Quest. In this role, his mission is to ensure every customer and partner achieves their business objectives through optimal use of our solutions. With more than a 20 years’ experience, Jamie is passionate about bridging the gap between customer success and technical support for the best customer experience. He earned an MBA from the University of Limerick and is an avid supporter of STEM programs, such as Coder Dojo, which has helps children develop coding skills necessary for the digital world.
Jarrod Roark is Vice President Global Professional Services, supporting One Identity and Quest implementations. His background includes experience in sales, presales and, for the last decade-plus, professional services. Damon Dean brings more than 25 years experience building great products and disrupting industries. Most recently, Damon was the Vice President of Product Management at Flexport, leading the customer experience and marketplace teams, working to disrupt the supply chain and logistics industries. Prior to that and for the better part of the last decade, Damon was Vice President of Product Management at DocuSign. As one of the original product management leaders at DocuSign, Damon led the development of several parts of the product suite, including the core web product, as well as mobile and partner apps. Dayna Rothman is an accomplished marketing executive who focuses on building and scaling marketing organizations at high growth technology companies. Most recently, Dayna was VP of Marketing for D2iQ (FKA Mesosphere), where she built and scaled the global marketing team, grew marketing contribution to revenue by 78%, and helped lead the company through a major rebrand. A senior Silicon Valley business leader with broad-based Fortune 500 expertise, Hurley is recognized for his proven track record in worldwide strategy tied to revenue generation. With multi-faceted experience that spans more than 25 years, he has held leadership roles in finance, operations, sales, services, marketing and channels.
Throughout his executive career, Matt has held leadership positions with Juniper Networks, Bell Canada and Sun Microsystems. Most recently Matt led Junipers Global Partners Program, Field Marketing and was responsible for the companies Brand. In his capacity Hurley implemented several innovative demand generation concepts to allow partners to create go to market efforts in a agile way which led to $200+m in pipeline generation over the first year of the program. Vanessa is a CyberSecurity leader with over 18 years of security experience. She is currently the Chief Trust & Security Officer at OneLogin, an IDaaS (Identity as a Service) provider, where her responsibilities include Security, Compliance, Privacy and IT. Vanessa also serves on the Board of the Boeing Employee Credit Union (BECU) and formerly served on the Board of Carbon Black (CBLK) where she was a part of the sale of Carbon Black to VMware. She also is a venture partner with Flying Fish Partners in Seattle. Vanessa formally worked as the CISO at DocuSign and successfully managed through hyper growth and an IPO in 2018. She also was the SVP of Enterprise Security at US Bank, CISO at Expedia and has held senior level security roles with Washington Mutual, Cingular and AT&T Wireless. She has held numerous other roles specifically within the wireless arena including Network Planning, Architecture & Engineering, Technical Sales, and Product Development. Vanessa currently teaches a course once a year entitled “Leading and Managing Enterprise Information Security” at the University of Washington.
