

From Prehistoric beginnings to modern times: A three-year journey through identity management. At Post Luxembourg, the old IAM service was no longer able to integrate new challenges, respond to audits, or provide access to our employees within a reasonable timeframe. At that time, it resembled more an administrative department where all actions were performed manually. Change was necessary. In this presentation, hear about the changes the organization implemented, why they chose One Identity Manager, and the development of a custom Ticket BUS to rapidly enhance their maturity level and achieve objectives.
