Protecting all your data with identity governance

They are represented by retail stores that sell products for renovation, decoration, kitchen utensils. As well, we are covering professionals. And recently, we have opened marketplaces in six different countries. So we are the leader on the European market and the third on the worldwide arena. I think that for us, nowadays, it's most important to protect the data of our employees and as well as how they connect to information systems. So Adeo consists of different companies that are present in different countries, so who is having their local legislation. Even we are mostly present in European Union. Nevertheless, all identities of people, they are created in local HR systems. And then when we receive this information, we can create the digital Identity of our people. My vision why the identity governance is important because we need to provide the access to applications the day when our employees arrive. The concern about the leak of personal data or passwords and other important information of the company, I think it's like a treasure of the company. That company stores the people's data, client's data, supplier's data. And as well, we have the responsibility to guarantee the security of this data. And for us, it's very important to provide the great experience on the arrival. And the employee stays efficient performance during all the life cycle in the company. And for sure, it's the way to protect the company and protect the employee and to be sure when the employee is out. So everything very well-finished, closed. We closed the door. We took off the key. People, they are not only present physically. They are present as well digitally. So that's why we all have digital identities that we use in different ways in our personal life and professional lives. And then nowadays, we live in so disruptive world that is as well dangerous. So there are so many hackers that would like to benefit from the personal Information of people. So that's why this type of service or profession, the cybersecurity exists. But as well, I think that it's not only important to have a strong cybersecurity team who has an excellent level of knowledge, but as well, to my mind, each company should work on educating its employees, saying why it's important. Why do you need to have your identity and your password? Why you need, for example, to use it at certain times per day when you're outside of the headquarters. We need to explain why we are so strict but always keep in mind the employee's experience. And when we put in place any security rules, limitations, it should never decrease the quality of efficiency of people. [MUSIC PLAYING]
