My name is Jan-Peter Van-Amerogen. I'm working at Radboud University. It has around 25,000 students which enroll every year. We work closely together with an academic hospital. So we have our own employees, and we have the employees of the hospital. And we have a lot of guests coming in and out, from all over the world, like assistant professors, or guest professors, or researchers. Well, the main security issue at the university is that we got a lot of research data, which is still in the middle of the process. And we don't want that to get out yet. Let the researchers do their work and publish it. And then, usually, it's available. And we want to share it as much as possible. But until that moment, the data is stored, and we don't want strangers to get to it. We had an IM solution, which we had to go through lots of stuff ourselves. So every time we wanted something as new functionality, our programmers had to go, and it took a long time. Next to that, we, as a functional manager, we didn't have all the tools to administrate everything and arrange everything in an efficient way. So we were looking for a new tool which had all the functionality out of the box, and where we didn't have to code much. And with One identity, we chose the Identity Manager, because we needed an Identity Manager system, especially for accelerating our provisioning processes. And another thing was that when we chose One Identity, we had a package with an implementation partner we trusted. And we thought it would work the best for us to have the package and the implementation part together. But if we want something or need something, and we ask One Identity, they always respond quickly, where we used to, with a previous identity management solution, it always took weeks or months. And when we ask One Identity, it's always a quick response. During the holidays, we always have extra staff available to help all the students. But this year, there weren't any lines anymore. It takes minutes before they have their accounts and their authorizations. So for us, it was the moment that we had thought, OK. This is why we did it. Identity Manager, it's a very complex tool. Once you understand the architecture and the functionality behind it, it's quite easy to work with.
