Remote Vendor Access - Not all Access Should be Treated Equally
As organizations increasingly enlist the help of vendors and consultants, a unique set of challenges regarding remote and privileged access must be addressed to maintain security and compliance. This paper explains why all remote access should not be treated equally. By neglecting to treat remote vendor access (RVA) differently from traditional remote access for employees, organizations can introduce security risks such as virus infection, unauthorized access and non-compliance.
