David Earhart oversees all product, operational and financial direction for One Identity. He has more than 25 years' experience guiding business and product strategy for leading security and systems management businesses. Prior to One Identity, he served as president and general manager for Quest Software’s Data Protection and Unified Endpoint Management business unit; and before that, he was CEO of Core Security, which achieved 174-percent growth in his two-plus years there. He has also held global leadership positions at Damballa, CA Technologies and BMC Software.

Earhart holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Tech University and is an active member of the security leadership community, serving on the external boards of directors for WhiteSource (an open source security and license compliance management platform) and CYREN (an Internet Security company).

Balázs Scheidler

Founder and CTO of Balabit

Balázs Scheidler is the PAM and Log Management Technology Strategist at One Identity.

A co-founder of Balabit in 2000, he was the inventor of Balabit's log management and PAM technologies, and served CEO and technology director until 2018, when Balabit was acquired by One Identity. 

As the initiator of numerous Linux related projects, he is a highly regarded subject matter expert in the open source community. In addition to a million installations worldwide, his syslog-ng solutions are also the default log collection tool in Amazon Kindle Fire and BMW i3 All-Electric Vehicles.

Balázs was named the Info-communications Manager of the Year (Tibor Gyurós Prize) in 2011. In 2012 he received László Kalmár Prize from the John Neumann Computer Society for his notable contributions to computer usability and science. Balázs earned a degree in computer engineering from University of Pannonia, Veszprém

Jackson Shaw

Jackson Shaw is the Vice President of Product Management for One Identity’s Identity and Access Management product line. Prior to One Identity, Jackson was an integral member of Microsoft’s Identity & Access Management product management team within the Windows Server Marketing group at Microsoft. While at Microsoft he was responsible for product planning and marketing around Microsoft’s identity & access management products including Active Directory and Microsoft Identity Manager.

Jackson began his identity management career as an early employee at Toronto-based Zoomit Corp., the pioneer in the development of meta-directory products who Microsoft acquired in 1999.

Jackson has been involved in directory, meta-directory and security initiatives and products since 1988. He studied computer science and management information systems at the University of Ottawa. His professional experience ranges from consulting for One Identity’s largest PAM customers to being a systems architect of a large company.

Hunor is the Product Marketing Manager for syslog-ng and syslog-ng Store Box. Previous to joining One Identity, he worked as an editor at HWSW.hu, the leading IT pro portal in Hungary. Prior to that, he was an internal communication and CSR specialist at one of the world’s largest electronic manufacturing services companies. Hunor is passionate technology and communication. In his free time, he loves to read, participate in various sports and travel.

Serkan Cetin is the Regional Manager, Technology and Strategy, and has been with the One Identity business in APJ since 2012. He has had various responsibilities across One Identity, including sales, marketing, professional services, and product management and development. Serkan assists organizations from a wide range of industries in solving their complex IAM challenges. He is focused on accelerating product, software and service innovation and continuing to build One Identity’s strong reputation in APJ.

Prior to One Identity, Serkan was at a specialist consulting practice in Australia where he was involved in the sales, consulting, architecture and implementation of IAM projects across varying complexities, sizes and industries.

Max Briggs is the One Identity Senior Solutions Architect for APJ. With more than 25 years’ experience in the IT industry, IAM has been Max’s focus for the last 17 years, largely in presales consulting and architecture roles. In the past, he has worked with Protocom, ActivIdentity and Daon. Along with the changing needs of government organisations, Max is highly knowledgeable and technically skilled in PKI and smartcard management, identity management systems, remote access, authentication and biometric solutions.

Trevor Pretty

Trevor moved to Auckland New Zealand from the UK in 1994 and spent many years at Sun Microsystems as a senior sales engineer before moving into the security field while at Trend Micro.

Since then he has worked for both HP and IBM as a sales engineer, selling SIEM and network solutions, as well as DevSecOps technologies. In 2016, moved to Dell SecureWorks and has recently joined One Identity focusing on syslog-ng. He has presented at local Melbourne security meet-ups and is an active member of AISA (Australian Information Security Association).
