Mark serves as Chief Executive Officer of One Identity and joined the company in June 2022. He is responsible for driving the overall growth strategy, go-to-market and P&L for One Identity. Mark is a seasoned executive with experience developing enterprise software companies to achieve successful growth. He is a proven leader with nearly two decades of C-suite experience at companies such as Emptoris (now part of IBM), Attunity (now part of Qlik), and most recently LogRhythm. Having been in the cyber security space for several years, Mark believes One Identity is in the right market at the right time to provide critically important cybersecurity protection for enterprises, public sector organizations and Federal agencies.

Mark maintains winning teams have a “customer-first” attitude and believes that when companies service their customers at exceptional levels and deliver innovation to the market, they grow. By working hard and investing in people, products and customers, Mark seeks to create more opportunities for all One Identity team members. As a leader, Mark has a strong focus on company culture, values-based leadership and inclusion-based hiring. One of his key tenets is always having a respect for the individual regardless of titles, position in the company or stature. Everyone matters.

Mark is based in the Boston area, where he lives with his wife (and college sweetheart) Nancy. Together, they have three grown sons and two rescue dogs. Mark is pretty active when he’s not working and enjoys skiing – both snow and water – and playing a bit of ice hockey.

Darren serves as VP of Product Marketing at One Identity and joined the company in July 2022. He is responsible for building market-facing value propositions that align to our company’s vision, collaborating closely with our Product Management, Sales and Field-Marketing functions. Darren has spent 30+ years in the software industry and has served in executive positions in both technical and marketing-orientated capacities. Most recently, Darren helped the build-out of a SaaS start-up business in the domain of Cyber Insurance Analytics and, prior to that served in both CTO and CMO roles at Symantec Corporation in the EMEA region. Darren joined the organisation with a clear mission to bring to life the concept of Unified Identity Security, having spent a decade working with CISO’s and their teams struggling with the complexity of Identity Management and the risks associated.

Darren leads his team with the goal of driving them (and himself) to do the best work of their careers at One Identity, aligning behind the Unified Identity mission and enabling our customers to profoundly impact their security risks whilst maximising organisational efficiency.

Darren is based in the London area, where he lives with his wife, Wendy. Together, they live with three grown children, an 8-year old daughter and Maui, their dog. When not working, Darren can be found at his ocean-side cottage in Cornwall, UK Kayaking, Sailing, and Walking.

Rima Pawar, Vice President of Product Management, recently joined One Identity from MobileIron (acquired by Ivanti) where she drove product direction, with a focus on security and identity/ZeroTrust. She grew recurring revenue by more than 30 percent and landed the product in Forrester’s 2020 Leaders’ quadrant for ZeroTrust Platform. Prior to that, she led product management at Oracle, launching the SaaS Identity platform for Oracle Cloud.

Rima brings decades of experience in enterprise cybersecurity and building SaaS offerings. She is a sought-after security evangelist, regularly contributing bylines and commentary to security publications, and presents at events around the world.

She earned a B.E. Computers at the University of Pune, India; a masters from University of Florida, Gainesville; and an MBA from The Wharton School, Pennsylvania. Rima lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities and participates in marathons, biking, rollerblading, hiking and skiing as often as possible.

Dan’s experience started in the US Air Force, working in information management before he retired in 2004 and returned to government as an IT contractor to the US Army. He also has also worked with analytics/big data, encryption, compression, natural language processing, enterprise discovery and various cloud technologies.
