This is your official notice that our standalone Starling Two-Factor Authentication service will reach end of support on November 1, 2021. After this date, One Identity technical support and the Starling Two-Factor Authentication service will no longer be available for this product.
What you need to know:
- From November 1, 2020 renewals and sales of Starling Two-Factor Authentication will stop. A year later, November 1, 2021, the Starling Two-Factor Authentication service and technical support will stop.
- All current Starling Two-Factor Authentication customers will enjoy a complimentary extension to their subscription until November 1, 2021. This extension is automatic and free of charge.
While we say goodbye to our standalone Starling 2FA service, we would like to assure all our partners that the One Identity Hybrid Subscription enjoys full commitment from our company and stays a core part of our path-to-cloud strategy.
