Over the last few months, we've been collecting feedback on what to improve to be easier to do business with. One of the tools that was most unanimously called out was our Distribution directory. This file was not accurately reflecting the coverage in all regions, and contact details were often not the most current. For these reasons, the file was removed from our site in late May.
Since that day we've been at work with our Distribution team to create a better tool to facilitate Reseller engagement, aim for contact details that are always accurate, and provide more flexibility on how to best present our Distis: Introducing the Distributor Locator!
This new feature makes it easy for our resellers to engage with our Distis. In a couple of clicks, our resellers can get to a list of Distributors in a given country (alphabetically sorted), and get in touch from the tool itself; by filling out a simple form. Like our partner portal, the tool is available in 7 languages!
